...the words Jeff stuck in Lucky's mouth seem to point toward him *not* knowing. And, c'mon, in Comic Book World, people are amazingly dense about figuring out alter egos. Maybe the Bulkster has changed in semi-public only after there was enough damage and carnage around her to clear out civilians, reporters and cameras...

That didn't seem to be the case in Trophy Hunt. She was reporting on three hot babes standing around, and all of a sudden she popped. If I were that cameraman, I would've caught it all on tape. (And put it on the Internet. But that's beside the point.)

So I stick by my claim: Lucky knows. I can actually read what he said either way, as him knowing or not. So far, only Jeff knows for sure what will happen. The rest of us will know when page 20 comes out, I figure.

Funny how I look forward to ONE PAGE of this comic sorta like I look forward to a whole issue of X-Men or something. Thank goodness these pages come out every few days. If they were monthly, I'd explode.

Yeah, Hollow, I see what you mean about Lucky's choice of words containing possible double meaning. As for things being in canon or not, it's kinda funny that you should bring that up - we're already discussing past occurences in the comic as if it had been going for years and years, building up lots of continuity on the way. I guess that shows how much we've enjoyed the stories so far. Oh, and if Ronald and Jeff EVER get around to posting it ( j/k guys! ), I have postulated my own answer to the question of just how "secret" Jessica's secret is.

I think the fans are starting to pick on the plot holes in our stories.

As we always know that happens to any story and movie-

My theory is the people in comics are stupid and never notices the secret transformation that heroes undergo... Maybe Jessica gets her urges and dashes off the camera and then turns green. While the camera guy most likely is probably filming the porno scene... Jessica is getting turned on by what's going on during her story coverage. Surely the camera man would be fixed on the 'action' scenes.

Also-There weren't a whole lot of people on the streets in the beginning of the Trophy hunt. I think the crowd came out of their apartments after seeing the live coverage of the super heroines orgy scene.

If people can be fooled by the glasses worn on Clark Kent- I think they'll be fooled by the tiny boobs on Jessica's chest.

So I think the Bulk is still a secret.

Oh, I'll be glad to see Lucky get his. He deserves it. I just wanted it to happen a little later, after some enjoyment of his new harem. Hehe.

Meanwhile, I finally had a nice big block of time to devote to the RPG prototype. I've got the code done that lets you scope out blocks, to see if you can get away with a crime there before the fuzz nabs you. You'd think this was simple, but it also required being able to advance to the next day, which I hadn't done yet, and of course displaying the result of scoping, which required all sorts of deep thought on my part to produce something that wouldn't make my head exlpode when coding it or when looking at it later.

Now that that's mostly done, I can move on to coding the other actions, like theft, and recruiting, and keeping your guys paid so they don't turn on you.

Is it just me, or do Jessica's breasts seem a little odd? After looking at She Bulk's BOTM, I think they're the same size and shape, but they just look wierd at that angle. Like she got a bad boob job that just pushed them out without proper shaping and proportioning. Also, I think she's still suffering from the rising nipples like some others have complained about the other babes. Though I do have to disagree with Lucky. She may not be as endowed as the JB Girls, but she's definitely not mundane.

They look fine to me. The angle on page 20 might be the problem. I still remember her profile pose in the BotM pictorial (page 5); stunning.

One thing I'm starting to dislike is the pink skin hue the lighting gives them. It's not a huge deal, but it feels a little stark. Something warmer, maybe? For instance, the lighting used for the models in the banner at the top of this page looks pretty good to me.

Actually, Jessica's page 5 picture looks great, and has that pink lighting. But it shows up on a thin fringe on the left, giving her this great cool glow. It's balanced out with the warm glow on her right. Maybe that's the problem: there's a whole lot of pink light on her on page 20.

Other things I'm noticing just now: lighting changes from the top panel to the bottom one. At top, half her face has warm light; at bottom, it's all pink. (Nice face-to-face shot, btw; however, she looks like she's not paying as much attention to him as she should.) Another thing: is it just me, or does it look like her hair is coming out of the headrest at the top?

Oh, and based on the shadow on his back, I think Lucky's suspenders are literally suspended above his shoulders.

I should stop now. =) I actually like page 20, overall... really I do...
