Work in Progress-Koga Stingray (BlueHawk82)

Hey guys, this is a test I'm doing in TRYING to do a commission for The_Adept. It's his fursona's brother, Koga Stingray, which you can also read about in Escape of the Blue Rose story here. I'm trying to pose his body but for now I tried to give his head a basic shape and trying to give him a defined form. I think some more straight lines will help give him an aggressive prowess, as well as narrowing the height of the eyes but for my first wold attempt what do you think?



I should aslo mention I tried to ink this with my Manga pen nibs, which I bought years ago and are essnentially quills, the same way that William signed his life away to Simon in the comic XD. It was going good but it hurt my hand fiercly and I was done with another regular pen before the Aleve kicked in.
