((I always kinda liked the intro music to Revolutionary Girl Utena, Bubblegum Crisis: Tokyo 2040, Rozen Maiden, and Elfen Lied.

As to ending themes, I have to say dot-hack is one of my favorites.))

I always found the intro to Paranoia Agent to be creepy how those characters just laugh through the whole 'descent of mankind' scenario.

Black Lagoon's opening may be almost all engrish, but the visuals and bass heavy beats is good for prepareing one for the shows dark and seedy world.
