| Well my back hates me right now. I went to pick up a folder to put back into the file cabinet and it just started hurting. My back hates me for some reason :( :cry: :( |

| Ugh, I hate that feeling. One way to actually help it, which often assists my back during bouts of intense pain is to lay back. If you lay back over the edge of a bed helps. It often pulls back some of the muscles that are straining to support the ones that are currently causing you pain. Hope that helps dude. |
