Can I get some help with a issue?

My Windows Live Messenger isn't working at all. Ive tried several passwords and none of them work. Ive tried the forgot your password option and even that doesn't work. Can anyone give me some advice or some way of contacting the guys who made the messenger?

are you absolutly sure your yousing the right username. That happens to me a lot with me if there's not a space there's a _ or no space at all. Or with my gmail there a M at the begining and aol account there's not so make sure you have the right username. If not just call microsoft customer support.

There's also Window Messenger ID or some such BS which requires a separate account near as I can tell. Are you sure you're trying login in to the right Program?

I've hit that wall a couple of times, I wanted to login to MSN and opened Live ID and wasn't able to login to it.

I am 100% positive I used the right user name, an i'm positive im logging in to the right program. Where do I fine the Microsoft customer support number because, I went to the MSN site and all I could fine was the FAQ's that don't help me what so ever.

They may not have one. Might be an email, if they even have customer support. You may end up having little more choice than to make a new account.

If your username/email is correct, your password is correct and the program is the right one... then my usefulness has ended cos that's as far as my knowledge extends.

Well finally got it to work at last. Just constanly putting in password after password and one was finaly the winner.
