Well, you have to remember who the only people who call William "Honey". It could have been Red who called Dorian over to....... test Will's true sexual orientation. lol, I bet that Dorian may have been dreaming of that as a sort of blackmail for years that will probably come true.

I thought it might be funny if Red sent William to Betty, the same as Betty sent him to Mary.

I don't think it can be Dorian honestly, he would have had to have arrived in bonbon at almost the same time as Red. I mean Red didn't even know William was there till Betty told him. So that would have only given Red at most one day to send word to Dorian, and for Dorian to arrive.

We don't even know if Simon knows Dorian and People are only allowed to enter the ground of the mansion during that... what, one hour at lunch time. Not to mention Simon's attitude to male visitors.

Yeah, I can see Dorian just dropping by for a visit. As for Betty or Violet? They work at the Delight Castle. Yeah, Simon is really going to let them into his house.

I'm sorry people, but there are only 3 viable options to consider. Mary, Simon or Red. Anyone else is just... stupid.
