I probably got them wrong, but here are my guesses:

1. A quart?

2. Taking the question literally, there are 8 letters in "alphabet".

3. She wasn't arrested yet?

3 i think is a lie but it is only a guess.

Technically, there are 2 answers. 7 and 11 are both correct. 11 are the total letters, but there are only 7 individual letters that are used.

#3: It is impossible to tell the truth about always lying, so it is a lie.
