I made this thread for a couple of reasons as well as some pointers.

1)To help members who decide to use my work-outs feel confident in both themselves and by having our community support them.

2)To have members ask questions here as opposed to my work-out thread.

Things to remember

1)Work out at your own pace.My work-outs last anywhere from 2-3 hours but I can't force you to do the same and I don't expect you to unless you want to.

2)Have realistic goals and be happy and proud of any weight loss you achieve.

3)DO NOT EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING EXCEPT WATER BEFORE AND DURING YOUR WORK OUT!!!!!!Should you do so you'll throw up.

Ugh, I know how that feels to throw up. I ate about half an hour before going to the pool when I was at boot camp. By the time I got out and started to shower down, I started to vomit all over the place.

I guess there's one tiny thing I forgot to mention.Muscle soreness.Anyone who's using my work out must feel like they've been to Hell and back again and is probably hating me for not warning them about it and for that I apologize.

On a personal note my students have lost an average of 15lbs.(6.8kg)after 1 day of my work out.I know it's a sensitive issue but I ask anybody doing my routines to post their weight loss as well(You don't have to if you don't want to)but it lets me gauge how well you're doing as well as gauge how well I'm doing.

Build muscle. Muscle weighs twice as much as fat and is the kind of weight you should be proud of. Since that would likely be less of a cardio-style workout, I'd say weight training.

Of course, I'm sure you would prefer to get DesertWolf's opinion especially considering I am by no means a professional.

It depends on how much muscle you want to gain.My work outs are designed to develop lean muscle and endurance. The main reason is the larger the muscle the more oxygen and fuel needed to maintain it.Lean muscle gives you the same power as the large muscle and requires less to maintain.Should you want to get bigger muscles you'll need a weight training regimen that includes a person who can spot you during the work out so you don't injure or kill yourself trying to lift weights.

I want to pick up mostly lean muscle mass, but a little bit of bulk would be nice too.

I hope everyone's doing okay if you're going through my little work out(just think,I'm going to increase the reps, laps, and add more stuff for the intermediate level).

On a personal side note,my students dropped another 10lbs.(4.5kg.)! :D That's an average of 25lbs.(11.3kg.)in a few days of pushing these guys through Hell and being in their face so I'm very proud of them and for any of you going through this.

Intermediate level is up but as a precaution,I don't recommend them until you're comfortable doing the Beginner's work out for at least a month.

Good to see you, again, Mr. DesertWolf. :3

I had been doing the bear walk during my work-out time.

The eagle walk made my legs really sore. >_< But I feel my leg muscle, so is good. :3
