| I shall look into this for ya Marx. I have to say, I did not really think that anybody would be truly interested in this sort of thing, but I shall try my best to find something suitable for ya. |

Ah, here is one, I found the link for this awhile back. The glyphs from Egypt did'nt really wow me, but I kept it for research purposes. I was more into the Latin kind from western Europe. Anyways, here is the link where you can download the font.
http://www.jimloy.com/hiero/font.htm
Once you download it, place the file in your font section in your control panel and right click, then press the option, extract here. Bip Bap Bam, instant Egyptian. |

Here's some information I dug up on a couple Native North American written language systems. The first link has information on the Cree syllabary, which has numerous variations depending on dialect and region:
http://www.omniglot.com/writing/cree.htm
The second link is where you can download the Cherokee syllabary font:
http://www.cherokee.org/Culture/CherokeeFont/Downloads.aspx
I would be careful using any of these, as a few communities with native speakers still use these writing systems (especially the Cherokee), so throwing in seemingly random symbols into any artwork could cause issues with native speakers and readers of these languages. |
