| Here's an interesting question that was posed to me some time ago by a friend. If you have sex with a prostitute against her will, is it considered r -a pe or shoplifting??? |

Reminds me of another interesting philosophical quandry... If you have yourself cloned, and your clone is a perfect match to you in every way, and you have sex with your clone, is it considered masturbation? |

against her will - i'd say the former.
but if she was willing and you didn't pay. well. i'd say that is shopping lifting. or you hustled the hustler.
unfortunately the discuss on the top of 'r a-pe' has to be closed off. not a good topic to talk about because of our visa policy. |
