payment problem

HI.
It seems my vixine account has disappeared from the CCbill registry.
I mailed them and asked about it but they couldn't find it either.
Even so the money is still getting drawn from my bank but I can't modify or change my subscription on CCbill...

I also sent a mail to vixine support some time ago but got no answer.

Since the money is getting drawn and I can still login I assume you're getting the money. So my account should still be there somewhere?

Uhm. That isn't possible for it to disappear from the ccbill registery. Send me an email again.

I might have already replied to you telling you that your account expired possibly.

Hi Fenris.

Yes. I found your account registration and info on ccbill. I used a search using your username.

You have an active account with Vixine.com and BloodySugar.com


The reason why your vixine.com account did not show up on the registry for ccbill is because you entered a BAD email address into the signup.

You had used @homail.com instead of @hotmail.com

So if you're trying to look up your ccbill account, use the @homail.com as the email address. Maybe this is also why you didn't get my email reply to you because it was a failed email address.
