Usually I don't accept commissions because I don't have much time, particularly up to Christmas I'll be very busy, but if for you isn't an urgent work and it's a simple picture I'll be able to do it from next January. The one I'm showing you is the last commission that I did this year: a logo for a gym, and as you can see it was simple enough.

The ideal for me would be to do a black and white picture with few grey shadings, but you have to tell me what subject you want, describing it to me in detail. Let's get in touch via E-mail, you can find mine in the Contacts area.

I know of two members of my unit that actually do Tattoos, and could possibly help you create it, if not also brand it on you. I can look into it if you'd like.

So thats what that was? I have to say, when I first stumbled onto your DA and saw that, I had to look again because I thought it was my name for a second.

Very well done, Vanessa, whomever you made that logo for is one fortunate person. Then again, the same can be said for we assembled here for whom you have made an Avatar.

"DON'T CALL ME SIR, I WORK FOR A LIVING!" My mother used to be in the army and when she told me her Drill Sargent would shout that every time someone called him sir, I could'nt help but laugh. Still can't, actually.

I too know that experience Ashton. I had always learned to be respectful, and saying sir is one of those ways. I had called a few Drill Sgts sir, but I'm glad that I at least had the composure to lock up when they unloaded on me. XD

Heh.. when I did basic training up in Canada, 'Don't call me sir, I work for a living!' was one of the first phrases most of us recruits learned. I very quickly had to learn not only the correct ranks but the specific names given to ranks in certain trades. ;)

It's interesting to see the differences as well as the similarities!
