Loyal member or not?

I've had two accounts for this site since one of my credit cards got declined and i was forced to cancle the account, which i had around a week and a half of time on it. On this account, I have two weeks of time and I was wondering if that would make me a loyal member or not?

We just need to know your previous membership information and then your current one. We'll determine if you qualify for loyal status or not.
