8)

Here's an original poem I wrote for my wife. Hope y'all like it:

Passionate Evening

Entangled bodies lying in a midnight air
Sensational feelings jolt in an esoteric flare
Preeminence of your love ever circumfrencing
Desires that wretch my soul forever encompass me

Intimately I caress as you long for my touch
Expediently you submit wanting me so much
Flesh upon flesh emotions at a new height
Forever I am lost in you, forever in the night

 Thank you, Martina! I'm new to the list. Thought I'd check out and see what type of fans you had. They seem to be pretty nice people! You're up late! :o

Here's another I wrote for my wife, hope you like it:

Simplistic thoughts of love's sumptuousness
A destination that is derivative from the heart
Idle are the memories of yesterdays past
Aspirations of hope ever forth coming

Fear now suppressed in solitude
Forever the serene feeling of togetherness
I embrace your loving essence, your smile
Your name upon my lips so divine

Cradled within, the images of beauty
Butterflies abound, tumbling, tumbling evermore
A soul mesmerized in complete admiration
A heart that aches no more

Te amo, Ti amo, I love you.

Why thank you! I've posted quite a few poems on Poetry.com. It's a good way of expressing yourself.

Here's one just for you Martina:

Beauty

Hair that touches the light so softly
Lips that move so eloquently
Eyes that sparkle to mystify
Hands that appear so personified

The warmth of flowers deep in bloom
Upon her aura lighting a room
The sure of taste of strawberrys in milk
Her skin like satin that's pure as silk

Like a Mocking bird's song in the air it fills
A voice so lovely my skin it brings chills
A moment a glance a look my way
This is beauty I behold this very day.

Hope you like it.

Nah ... some of us Texan's are sappy old farts who have a knack for writing mushy stuff ... of course, you'd never hear it come out of our mouths when hangin' with the guys! :P
