PM = Private Message. Most forum's have them...but I don't know...maybe Alley doesn't want one on this board. She'd probably get bombarded...I doubt I'd ever send any...but some of these posts are a little on the personal side. Just my opinion...maybe Ronald or somebody could shine some light as to why this board doesn't have PM'ing. Also, the opportunity for flaming would be lower.

By ava I'm guessing you mean a custom avatar. Just go here and post a message to Ronald that you would like a custom avatar: http://forums.alleybaggett.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1041
Hope I understood your question...

To prevent password sharing, that would allow access to be gained by non-members to Alley's site.

Yeah a 'Pm' button would be cool...but Alleys gets on here a lot and she would get a lot if u saw her on here like I did about a week ago...I was like "Whoa!!!!"...and I actually went to go look for that button cause I thought it would have been sweet to say "Hi" to her and get a response but no dice :( ...Oh well though as long as I get responses on herre I'll be ok :D :D

If you really want a private message from Alley I guess you could always try e-mailing her.

Yeah, you'll have to ask Ronald and Rick Cage about the Private Messaging. I really don't know how that works or anything.

What is flaming, Down South?

Danie who are you talking about??? and why? just wondering...

TRm3....you know I love you.

My email is no good.....to contact me due to outrageous amounts of spam.
I hope you understand.

Flaming? My understanding of it is when someone posts something and somebody else replies with a disrespectful remark.

Usually along the lines of name-calling…then the first person will reply back with his comeback and it degenerates from there.

Also, with a PM button someone could send you a private message that only the two of you would know about or they didn't want the whole board to be a part of.

Alley, it's not my place or in my interest to name names. Hope that is O.K. with you. Some people have a different set of standards as to what is right and what is wrong. You know the old saying it is the thought that counts, well I beleive that whole heartedly. With that in mind, seriously thinking and contemplating ideas that would hurt an unknowing and innocent person is something I don't enjoy reading about.

Maybe you think I am judgemental, but everyone is to a point. We all judge you to be one smokin' hot georgeous lady.

I participate on this message board, and enjoy your website. I love to get some female perspective, and also have some light coversation with your other fans. You seem like a classy girl that likes to have a little fun, so I appreciate the opportunity to interact with you.

This post is way too long for my style, but I have one more thing to say, I think the first picture in the titanium set is really good. If your taking requests for poster shots, that's mine.

As I said, there won't be any private message feature do due protecting against password sharing. This is the same for any message board that is part of the eAdultGames forums community, which includes Jana's message board, Jesse's message board, and Martina's (among others).

I understand it! And maybe the pm would reduce the interact in this forum! If pm are active, we'll all send lots of pm to alley! She'll have to pass all the time responding it and maybe less posts of her in the forum! And most of us will reserve reactions for the pm! Well I don't know! Alley'd decide with the moderators! Maybe I'm wrong!

Yes. Wildcard is correct.

We disabled PM from our forum for a reason. The forums all have memberships associated to them- And the forum posting account is free (which means non-members can signup and post). We don't want our forums to be used as a means for password sharing or content sharing.

PM could allow for non-members, new members, and loyal members to send each other messages and start sharing content. All this would go behind the moderators back.

Actually a PM button would have been nice cause I wanted to PM a Moderator about 2 issues...

(one being custom avatar)
(other being when I registered for the forums I used an email off a former membership I previously had and the form errored I was banned... but i never used the forums before... rediculous!)

Maybe an admin button would be sweet.
