Almost died today.

So the scariest thing happened today. I almost got into a car accident while heading down to the local gas station. I haven’t gotten my license and my mom is helping me to get enough driving practice in so that I can get my driver’s license and today she needed to go get her car washed and she wanted me to drive. There was me in the driver seat, my mom sitting in the seat next to me, and my two little sisters in the back seat. At first things were going smoothly until I got halfway to where I was going. As I was driving down the highway some dumbass in a pickup truck pulled out onto the highway just as I was about to pass by.

I could have crashed into him if I hadn’t reacted as fast as I did. Some people are just so fucking stupid behind the wheel and that guy was exceptionally stupid, I’m so grateful that I didn’t crash into that guy and got into a terrible accident. And I’m also super grateful that I didn’t die or get seriously injured either. Although I don’t know if I’ll be able to talk myself into driving again after that.
