Hey Guys
I adopted a cat today at PetsMart :shock: :D which is why i havent been on the forum much today. But will be back again tomorrow.
Anyway my cat is called Charlie, he is a 1 year old and is white and ginger, and ill take some pictures soon so i can show you exactly what he looks like :wink:
Hes such a sweet heart, and has been following me around since i brought him home 8)

| That sounds fabulous, Martina. Can't wait to see some pictures of the little fella. Give him a bowl of cream for me. It's so cute to watch them lap it up with their little tung. Tell Charlie is said meow. :) |

Ill get some pictures of him soon. Hes funny he woke me up at 6.30am today and wouldnt let me go back to sleep, i managed to get back to bed at 7.30, then he woke me up again at 10.30. Looks like he may be a good influence on me 8) |

Yes and he loves cuddles ::love:: Im gonna get sometype of lead today so he can go outside to the backyard with me to get use to his surrounding before i let him free
Charlie and Moggy havent met yet, but they are a simular size, i wonder if they will become friends :)
There is no way id ever let my dog Noogie, near Charlie :shock: Noogie is a crazy dog and would rip charlie to pieces |

LOL....Yes he is a good cat for getting me up early, i wasnt so sure though at 6.30am :shock:
I dont think he was waking me up cause he was hungry as he had food and water left out for him. He just loves attention 8)
He hasnt met Moggy yet, but im sure they will like each other :?

He actually already tried climbing the one pair of curtains i have in this house last night, so i have had to make the curtains shorter! The rest of my house has blinds and he seems to be having fun with that too. Every time he goes missing i find him in the bathroom, on the counter, looking at himself in the mirror :shock: He must take after his mother LOL :lol: |

What a cutie-pie! Sounds as if he's already taken to the notion of being king of the castle. I think you are going to be at the beck and call of Charlie around the clock. And you thought your life was busy enough. HAHA! Perhaps he will give you a rest every now and then with some sessions of checking his fine feline self out in the mirror. | Hey Martina, I just realized something! Charlie looks exactly the same as the cat I used to have as a kid. How's that for a weird coincidence, huh? No wonder I want to jump through my computer screen and play with him. :) |

Yes it is pretty nice here today. I took Charlie in the backyard, but he seems a little scared of it and curious the same time, so we didnt stay out to long.
Funny your watching the golf there. The Adoption place Charlie came from is right across the street to the entrance of that golf thing. There were people everywhere, i actually didnt realise what was going on there till i asked someone!
Anyway i better jump in the shower, as the show starts in a hour! :shock: |

Martina if you have not had a cat before heres some tips on cat toys:
- Bits of string
- Balls of wool
- Ping pong balls
- R/C mice
- Catnip ::crazy::
- Large cardboard boxes to play in
- Spinning tops
Anyone got any more suggestions?
