I like the characters of this comic. I just keep thinking that it's supposed to take place at the same time as the PBB story. It's because I'm so used to seeing Vanessa's other work, I now find myself being surprised to see modern day things like a phone or a car. :P

Same, I can't help but find the other kids from their neighbors to be a little annoying, but I think that is the intent. Its like they have a form of rivalry that already existed betwen the two families. The only question is how deep it goes.

I'm not sure how the kryptonite quote works unless it was during a time when they knew the existence of Superman. Either that or it was intended just for the readers.
