| Have special zones set up that have minimal collateral damage, plus owners of said product must sign a weaver acknowledging that they know the risks in operating an experimental vehicle. |

| That is true, operator error is often times the key aspect of certain failures which sometimes the company is still liable for. |

| If my memory serves me correctly this vehicle would fall under "experimental" FAA guidelines. The rules are not as strict as other classifications, but the owner is liable. Certain companies can sell kits to build your own aircraft which fall under the same classification. Even though a company made it you are ultimately responsible since you assembled it your self. |
