| Hey I can't log into the site and I know I put in the right user name and password. Can someone help me out? |

I'm not certain as to what happens when an account falls out of payment. Are you sure your subscription is still valid? Perhaps there would be an email from CCBill about payment lapse if this is the case.
That's my best guess, outside of saying you were hacked, but I doubt that would be the case. |

| You could always ask for a password reset for your account. I'm not exactly sure about how you go about doing it. I'm sure there are some instructions included somewhere. |

What you need to do is email the address that is listed in the bad login help page.
When you click on I'm still having problems. It tells you you can contact CCBILL or go to their Support page to look up your info or you can email the pleasure bon bon bad login help email.
I'll get the email and ask you to provide me some information to look up your account.
DO NOT post any account information related stuff on the forum.
Even if your account falls out of payment (expired subscription or failed rebills), I'll be able to look it up and tell you why your account doesn't work.

Check your email for any spams.
It should be coming from "Web Support" |

BTW- FYI. You sent me email but you never included any account information for me to look you up.
Would be helpful if you had a username or password or sending the email from a registered email address that you used to signup for the account.
I had no way of helping you. I basically replied and said you need to give me more information.
