I don't really know if she is. A cougar is a mature woman who has a preference for sex with much younger partners. Loucille is 30, and whether that is old enough to be a cougar depends on how old people think a cougar can be. We haven't seen anything regarding her sexual preferences, so it's really difficult to say.
If you want to consider her a cougar, then she's a cougar to you. :) |

and yes 40-50 year old woman can still be really hot, there is a lady I know who works at our local JCpenny, she is 46 years old and has 2 kids, yet she doesn't look a day over 21 and is really hot.
