Yeah I read it. I hate it when FA goes down. I'm willing to give out ideas and such but I need to know what type of RP you're planning.

More like a small hiatus. I'm out of ideas but I still want to continue to story, just having a hard time coming up with something at the moment.

How long has it been known to be down for? and as for type I havent done many rps before this site so I cant explain type specifically, but my idea is like this, turn based, multiple story senario, I have no name for the world it is in yet, people have the choice of light, dark, or normal, would establish the settings when I post the OOC

the building that FA was crated is in a large majouer city of amrica and was buffted and damged in there last hurricane there was a notice put up awhile back that FA may have tecnical diffcultys

also FA seems to get hacked quite a bit as well witch cause's problems and of corse technical diffcults the admins and staff of FA get to work on it as fast as possible

also they update very often witch cause FA to be down at times

FA has gone down many times before but the Moderators are good at getting it back up. The longest I've ever seen it down was about 6 hours or more. Shortest time was about 10 minutes. Just depends on what the problem is or if they're updating something.

As for the RP:

What type of RP are you planning? Is this going to be SiFie, Fantasy, Victorian, Modern etc?

Multiple story RP's can work but you have to be careful. Those types can get out of control really fast and go in to many different directions to the point that everyone is telling a different story then what you're wanting.

Need to be a little more specific on the light, dark or normal choice bit, don't know where you're going with those.

It would most likely fall under the fantasy catagory, and I guess I'll have to explain the story to better esablish light, dark, and normal, it goes like this...the world is divided into three sections light, dark, and twilight. The realm of light wants to take over the world and have never ending daylight, not caring what happens to the twilight or dark citizens since they won't be able to adapt, they so far have most of the world taken over. The dark realm is trying to stop the realm of the light and is recruiting people to save them from being exposed to the light, the Twilight is a big strip going around the whole planet that is between both light and dark realms that is threatening to be exposed to both its where the normals live...I'm discussing the names of the realms at this point in time what I got for it is Tierra Negra for dark, and Neuva Sol for light. Do I need to establish some of the characters as well??

I've read your note on FA and after reading what you have here I have to say its starting to sound good.

Now then when I comes to characters you pretty much have to let the players decide who and what are "Their" characters. Give some examples of different names that you want to see in "Your World." It'll give the player ideas on what to name their characters.

I would also recommend when you start by going a little more in-depth background story behind Light, Dark and Twilight. A brief history of each and a little more background of the war, such as how long has it been going, who are the leaders of the factions, are the three factions three separate nations are are there many nations within the factions, that sort of thing. As, is there a neutral party, as in say a Mercenary group that will help the highest bidder or some farmer thats just trying to stay out of the war?

Its actually a good idea to get 2 or more people on first before starting that way you have a good base.

Why not post an OOC in the Forums after having a reaaaal big story and setting developed? I'm sure there are more than a few loose hands willing to toss their pennies in.

Ok just added the OOC its called Blinded by Light, I just added the history and legend to it as well, I just hope I can get a couple of people to join it, I think it could turn out pretty good

I'll join in a bit, either choose Dailen or Vailen as my characters. Just need to come up with a bio and back story.
