Yes finally the project I was working on for the past 8 weeks has now been completed Wohoo *jumps for Joy*
And for the bad news *sigh* I really don't know to say this so I'm just going to say it. I think I have Cancer. A few weeks ago I noticed a hard mass on the left side of my chest and just yesterday I found another under my arm on the same side. I hope its nothing but I'm really worried. My grandfather and my uncle died of Cancer and I fear that I may suffer the same fate. I know more next week when I see my doctor. |

| I hope not either. Its especially hard for those who just start it. When I started, it was far from pleasant. |

| Hopefully it'll be something that can be cleared up in a few weeks. And that seems like more bad news than good. >.< |

Not be rude but the project was finally completing a custom built Boeing 777 for the president for Turkmenistan two years in the making even though I was working on it for only 8 weeks it still feels nice to see all of your hard work fly off into the distance.
I also prefer to optimistic in situations like mine it helps a great deal |

since you didn't mention what the project i think she was refering to the hard spots that might be cancer.
so it was basicly based on the only info she had.
and thats cool about the boeing, nice job |

Great news I don't have cancer!!!
But during one of the tests the doctor found small traces of sugar and blood in my urine. I'm not sure what that means but I'll know tomorrow. |

Diabetes 1 or 2?
My mum has Diabetes 2. I only hope that I don't get Diabetes 1 cos there is no way in hell I am sticking myself with a needle. It's just not possible for me to be able to do that. And that isn't an exageration, either. |

| You can only get Diabetes 1 if your born with it. I have Diabetes 2 and as far as shots it depends on how bad you have it. I'm currently taking pills for it. I used to be afraid of needles now I laugh at them. |

No thanks to my 3 months on hospital for Acute Myloid Leukemia, I litterally, mentally break down when it's time to get a needle.
When you've gone through the pain I went through in that time, no amount of assuring yourself a simple needle in the arm will not hurt will work; your body remembers that pain and fears it with all its being. |

@Artyom:Type 1 is usually diagnosed in children but has appeared in teenagers and young adults with no history of diabetes.
@Silvador:Some people with diabetes use an insulin pump rather than needles to inject themselves. |

Sorry to hear about that Silvador
@BloodRaven thanks for the info
I just back from the doctor it turns out the reason i have diabetes is because my thyroid was acting up. She said that caused my rapid weight gain which lead to diabetes. Even though i was eating healthy i still gained weight anyway. I'm now tacking medication for the thyroid and so far have lost 10lbs.
And another thing happened as well I spoke to my father on the phone. I haven't seen or heard from him in 7 years. |

((Hey Artyom Derison,
I... don't do condolence (sp?) sorts of posts well, so that's about the best you'll get out of me.
Anyway, Diabetes really isn't that bad. It's annoying, but manageable. Shoot my mom, and by extension my dad, has had to deal with it for some... twenty+ years now. So, that's why I was saying it was no biggie. )) |

I'm starting to realize that now and with the support of my family and friends (both here and where I live) I'll get through this. So far I've lost some weight and dropped my blood glucose level from 345-423 to 137-208. Its still high but its progress. The only thing that's bothersome is the amount of times a day I have to prick my fingers but I'll get used to it.
And that's alright if you don't do that type of post well, but thanks anyway Caroline. |

| I'm glad that it was not cancer at least. With diabetes, its something that can be managed with the right routine. |

Health update!!!
I went to see my doctor today and I have good news. My average Blood Glucose level dropped from an average of 430 to 104 and all my reading are good and I've already lost about 30lbs so Yay!!! The doctor lowered my dosage on my medication and if I keep this up I will eventually not take them anymore. |
