[ramble]Those of you who were in ToA, especially at the start, might recognise this character. Like Silvador, Julius has been in my head for some time.[/ramble]

Hair - None. Just has regular short fur.
Eyes - Ice blue.
Fur - Dark blue with black stripes.
Length - Aprox 5 inches
Body - Muscular. reference.
Height - 6'4"
Attire - Julius typically doesn't wear any shirt. He wears black pants with a black belt and black lace-up boots. Around his wrists, in fact half of his fore-arm, Julius wears a pair of bracers that appear to be part of his arms. Their surface is shiny and the peculiar blue design gives the illusion of a raging blue inferno just beneath a glass surface.

Personality: Julius isn't shy about letting his wants and desires be known. He is generally a straight and forward person. Julius won't take shit. If someone gets in his face, Julius moves them... forcefully. To those who don't know him, Julius can come across as cold and uncaring.
