The members' message board page still has a link to the hentai page with "Coming Soon" on it. (Hope that made sense.)

HW looks great. But oh no! No Kicker/Flasher in poker? No Water/Shanghai/Cutter (Angel's in there twice) in Blackjack? Whatever will we doooo? (heh) Seriously, when y'all eventually have 30 or so dealers, it'd be pretty cool in an intimidating way to hit the user with all of them on one page. (WHOMP)

As for the Strip Casino. It's not a bug per say. We plan to have the Strip Casino
cycle the dealers every 10 minutes. So at any one time u will be choose from 10 in Poker or 10 in Blackjack

Once we've got enough Dealers- They will be updated as follows:

Top row will be where the newer dealers appear. They will move left from Blackjack over to Poker.

Bottom row will be the older dealers moving right from Poker over to Blackjack room.

We've got the dealers in the Strip Casino now to change shifts every 10 minutes.

Interesting. Strange, but interesting. Why scroll dealers every 10 minutes, rather than make all of them available at once? What kind of effect are you going for? Do they, like, work in shifts? :-)

To answer your "Why" question- There are actually various reasons.

1- Realism effect- Yes- They work in Shifts. Being in our Strip Casino is similar to being at a Real Casino, you dont always get all dealers available to choose from at every table. When you 'choose' a dealer in one of the Strip Poker or Strip Blackjack rooms, you are picking the dealer you want to play with. Like in a real casino, you can be with only 1 dealer at a time. And If you've ever been to Vegas- there are different dealers at different times. Some of the interesting dealers are the ones at 2am or 4am in the morning.

2- Dyanmic/Replayable Casino experience.
Once we get about say 50 or 100 dealers in the system The limited dealer effect makes it more replayable when next time you login, you get new and different dealers to play with. You get new options. For new members who join- They will be overwhelmed with all the dealers if we made them ALL available. (which leads to the next reason)

3- Cost and Membership reasons- Because we get new members joining at any point in time. We want to make sure we keep the cost fair. And the content for somebody who joins now and later roughly the same experience. The big problem with 'trial' memberships is people would join. And then SUCK up all the bandwidth by downloading everything and try to play with everything they can in 3 days and then cancels. By having content that is updated every 10 minutes. And limit the ones you can hog up- Keeps the site fresh- a control on the flow of consumption. Once we get to a 40 or 50 dealer number, we dont feel that it's fair for newbies especially those who signup for trials to be able to get access to ALL of those at once. We want them to feel their trial is worth something and see the potential of the site being updated and changing regularly.

A lot of sites REMOVE content and give you only 2-3 months worth of material to keep the cost low. Other sites LEAVE everything in one huge archive and overwhelm you, but raises the price frequently to keep up with the cost of bandwidth. We prefer a balance- We feel there should be a cap limit on how much a membership should go to remain affordable. And we feel that updating content and limiting exposure would be the best. So If you stay as a member check back often you'll get your membership dollars worth. Our bonus games are updated daily, as well as our Hentai Archive this helps make each login everyday a new and enjoyable experience. Or come back in a week and you get all new content.

Jeff's answer was good enough for me too... Actually, great points, esp. regarding bandwidth. It occurs to me that if I wanted to, I could still get everything that's here within a week, but I'd have to be a little patient. (Actually, it'd take a while anyway to rack up enough balance.)

I shudder to think of the casino having 100 dealers. Sheeeeeee. (Jeff oughtta be shuddering too)

Well- if this site runs for 2-3 years- having 100 dealers doesn't sound off the wall. Tho 100 dealers to pump out in the next 6 months would be a stretch....

As for the Bandwidth factor. Yes- it does take a bit to build up money$ to strip the dealers. BUT that doesn't mean you can't click on a dealer and download the whole package and look at them fully clothed (which is free). So in essence- if we had 100 dealers available all at once. You could suck up bandwidth still by loading every one of them up in a sitting and not strip them.

Maybe when we start getting a bunch of dealers, we could do a roster page showing all the girls who are dealers that you can encounter in the rotation. That way, players can keep an eye out for someone they want to play with.
