| I keep trying to subcribe here...but every time, i get rejected, i don't have an ugly bank history, my account has plenty of money in it, my information is all correct, but niether the check, or a card works :/ the only thing i can see on the list of reasons that would apply to me, is living in an area with a high fraud risk...and if thats the reason, this totally sucks. any alternate ways to pay? |

You'll need to call up CCBILL customer service and find out why you're credit card was rejected. They may be able to help you figure out if you're having problems just filling out the form.
Toll Free 888.906.0666
If you're still having problems, feel free to email me and we can discuss alternatives. |

No. You don't. If it is changing credit card information, you won't have to wait a whole month. Please email me using the membership support email address. I can help you with renewal and loyal member status.

Hey Silversteel!
Glad we took care of your alternative payment method problem. The Western Union method worked out pretty well. Was fast.... faster then snail mail.
Hope you're enjoying the site!
Thanks again!

| Just a note... when we get billed for our subscriptions, maybe you should send out a e-mail reminder that we ARE being billed. I just checked my card tonight and saw this "weird" charge that I had no idea what it was about, and was freaking UNTIL I remembered it was for Vixine. |

Unfortunately, CCBILL does not send out email reminders. People should know that they're on a subscription service when they signup. It should state on the credit card statement the company name. And if you go to ccbill's support page as listed in the members area, you can look up information for your subscription.
I'll put in a suggestion box for ccbill to see if they can provide that as an option for subscribers on their support page or something to enable/disable.

Since you are now taking alternative payment methods to join for membership, dose that mean you are now taking money order payments for membership? If so, could you please post a mailing address so I can mail you my membership payment. |

I cant pay by phone nor bank because I don't live in the United States and the sign-up doesn't accept my card.
I'm really interested in signing up though. How do I sign up using Western Union? My country does have such services but I'm not sure how to go about it. |

I'm sorry, my english is not good, but I'll try!
I don't live in US (I'm from Brazil), and I don't have a card.
Do you have another way to make the payment?
My interest is only Quest for Fun, so I just want a short-time membership, just to see the issues completed at this moment.
Thanks for the attention! |

Hi, Im from Mexico and Im really interested in joining Vixine. Can you send me an email to check the alternative payment options.
Bye the way,I think you should make it easier on people from other countries to sign up...You are really missing a lot of potential subscribers with this kind of issues.
Thanks in advance |
