OK this is an RP i came up with. its basically some friends are playing a board game and the characters and players fuse. But the characters are like mad hatter,Alice in wonderland, princess and other. So ask me if anyone joins for some more explanation.
Andrew invited some friend solve rot his house for a board game he created. He got everything ready and explained the rul;es to everyone. The basics.
"OK if you get a double of anything you get two turns and I'm chooseing the order from either youngest to oldest or rock, paper, scissors to choose,so which should we pick"
He sees people he liked joined in.
(so ask me if you need help and IL explain it better.so all i can tihnk for characters are the raven, alice in woinderland and tom sawyer) |

It's a board game like Candy Land - that's played like Jumanji - where the players take on the personas of ANY fairy tale character EVER...
Two things come to mind:
1) South Park Movie "ImaginationLand", and
2) The "Neverending Story" franchise...
AWESOME. Okay, FurryNerd, this idea is so crazy chaotic that it just might work - for me anyways. But what if someone wants to be Zeus or Aslan? Or Superman? Or Godzilla? Or Tom Sawyer from the movie "League of Extraordinary Gentlemen"?
Is there a limit that makes surviving the Game a challenge? |

| Well, if one could be Poe's "The Raven", or the Greek God "Zeus" then the rp character can't really have a problem doing anything in the story because they're immortal... for example. |

Well Poe's 'The Raven' has only the narrator of the poem and the titular Raven which only utters the single word "Nevermore".Nether of whom are immortal as far as I am aware.
And Zeus is mythology rather then fiction.
One could be Don Quixote, Captain Nemo, Spring heel jack, Dracula, Varny the vampire, Baron Frankenstein, The Phantom of the Opera. |

this is aboard game liek candy land but uses dice instead of cards.but its liek jumanji because theres messages i ncards. basically candy uses cards to get you places.jumanji messages to tel lyou whats happened.
You cannot choose immortla charactyers. but yo ucan use mythology. so if its a myth they can die but you can pick zeus but he can die.
So il lmake a list of peopel and there characters

I kinda wanted to be the Jabberwocky (with a Ring of Regeneration +2, so I could grow my head back if I should lose it... literally.).....
But if someone whose naughty bits taste like cheesecake chooses to be the J-Wock, then I'll be the Bandersnatch. Unless someone in a sexy kilt wants to be Mr Snatch (hardy-har). THEN I'll choose to be Poe's Raven. But that's my final answer.... yeah. |

I just looked over the list of Grimm's Fairy Tale collection and decided that instead of the Jabberwocky, I'm going for The Little Guy. In America this character is called Tom Thumb. His powers are first the ability to be cooked, eaten, swallowed, and pooped but not die. And his other ability is to be heard like a normal sized person, even if he's inside a stomach, or a pie in the oven. He was killed by a poisonous spider bite, though. You know, the bastich that tried to have his way with Miss Muffett. Heeem.
Katmir Mahal will be Tom Thumb, but you can call me Thumby.
That would be funny. |

I would like to choose between two possible figures of legend. One you will know, the other not. The one I would perfer to use to a figure in English legend called the Raven King. Considered the strongest English magician in Enlish lore. He was raised by fairies and learned all the magic they could teach him and how to form connections with nature. But these are not the nice faries, these are the scarier fairies that don't think like we do. They are not evil, but the aren't good either. Just as the Raven King is either good nor evil. He didn't even learn English until after he came out of the fairy world to bind England together, thous becoming a magician-king.
Now I admit in actually Celtic legend, little is know of the Raven King, and most of the legends just say he was a hero that fought in a war and has a name that means 'raven king'.
Most of the above I got from a book: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jonathan_Strange_%26_Mr_Norrell
Hopeful I can be the Raven King in this RP. If not, I guess I'll just have pick Merlin. |

I have no promnlem with non-immortal characters only. Just the I feel it would be okay that they have lived for a while. We can have characters that have lived for a while, but can be hirt and killed as well.
Does anything sound wrong with that? If so, then I will go with what ever you want. :) |
