Well, accidents happen and worse yet, it may be due to the 2010 curse. I wish Ms. Vanessa, you Mr. MLock and the others a Merry Christmas. Time to enjoy the hell out of this curse, by force or otherwise.

Dear friends,
unfortunately I am still without internet and now I am writing from a friend's house, I wanted to thank everyone for the comments of the new updates and give you warmest wishes for a happy new year 2011!
I'll try to explain to you what's the problem with my internet in the same way I told to Ronald by an e-mail from the PC of my sister from the house of my relatives some days ago.
In my area there aren't enough exchanges and phone numbers for everyone, the ADSL and phone lines are scattered about randomly, and now the new residents don't have the chance of getting one because no company wants to invest for just a few users. Therefore up to now I used a small antenna on my roof, placed by a private firm. To go on at 1,4/1,8 MB I paid for a year and a half 26 euros per month... Marco did a few tests, we never reached 2 MB, that's why it takes so long for me to load and send the work. From the 17th of December we got a problem, we lost our connection.
:(
we called the firm once more and they told us that if we want a limitless service with continuous assistance and priority we have to get a business contract that costs 100 euros per month, with 26 euros per month we are classified as private citizens, and it doesn't matter that we declare that we use internet for work, for them we're residents and not a firm and so they don't count us as such. They told us that they're on vacation up to the 6th of January. We hope so.
My best wishes to everyone for 2011 to realize your dreams :)
, about me my greatest wish now is to have an internet connection ... I do not think to ask too much ... since we are in 2011 now!

What would happen if I suggested some kind of donation drive. 100 euros per year, that's not too shabby. Hell, I could pay that alone.

Ok, I'm not saying this is an excellent idea, or that is should be implemented, but it's an idea that I thought I should at the very least suggest. I'm sure there are plenty of reasons to do it and not do it. But it wouldn't exactly take huge lumps from each individual donator to add up to 100 euros per year.

Anyway, I just wanted to toss the idea into the ring. Discuss it, disregard it, mutate it. I don't really care what is done with the idea, I just wanted to suggest it.
