I know there are probably no kids around the town (well..... there are most likely, but it's.... hard to show.) Though there has to be some sort of education around here. Other than sending the kids to boarding school or something like that. I mean if the children learned what to say through observation I am positive that in Bon Bon there first words would most likely be.

Yeah, i know the fealing Dorian. Thou, the gentelmen role players can also fall into that trap as well.

What realy makes me want to bang my head on the key board is when i try to type down a paragrath or two to try to discribe things like fealings, locations, and etc and all i get back in a reply is one sentenice. Ugh!

Then agean BonBon isnt the only place that i had to deal with that problem. It's like every time i play a dom charicter it seems like almost every RP partner seems to think that playing a sub means you only have to lay back and moan while the dom has to discribe every freeken thing and do all of the hard work. Its not like i am expecting a master peice, but i would like to see that my effort realy ment some thing!

If I'm not mistaken, boarding school sounds more like the reality. Children weren't really given the same level of attention they are today. It was really more or less that the children were left to be someone else's problem until they could work.

Depends on location and social class. Public schooling was still a very young idea and varied wildly by area. Many don't even consider it a right.

For pre-collegiate education, there are various private institutions, academies, boarding schools, grammar school, gymnasiums... A hodgepodge of various local means to the same end, variously run by progressive governments, private foundations, or religious institutions.

For the upper and middle glasses, though, a popular option was hiring a governess. A private tutor and chaperon for well-to-do children who would teach the basics of a variety of subjects and instill discipline. This job was pretty much the only occupation available for an unmarried woman of learning at the time. More advanced tutors could later be brought on to teach more advanced subjects.
