Everyone else posts it, let me ask for a little attention as I hit the milestone of 39 years old. ;)
I never expected to live this long. No, not for any real reason, no tragedies, I'm in relatively good health, I was just always a mopey kid and at 19 I suffered a serious lack of faith which fit all the classic symptoms of a midlife crisis (without the sports car, I couldn't afford that). I declared that must mean I'd only make it to 38, so it was a bit creepy watching the last year go by.
I guess now I can live forever, but damn it, this means I need to decide what I want to do when I grow up. ;) |
