The Well cut Gentleman and the Musician. (WolfBane, Dorian)

Dorian had been since his childhood. A very skilled violin player, mainly thanks to his parents. Now he was in search of the sweet tune again. Though so far he had been unable to find a shop that had suitable Violins. Though he thought there was one more shop he had not yet run into.

Meanwhile, somewhere in the Bon Bon marketplace, a guitar was heard. The guitar, in particular, was that owned by renowned traveling musican, Alexander Sinclair. Alexander, in particular was busy playing while laying on the main counter inside his own store, The World of Music.

It had been another slow day for Alex, and at this time, he was taking a break.

"*Sigh* Quite the slow day, today* He said to himself, and continued to play his guitar.

Dorian rounded the corner, and heard the guitar. Smiling, he walked towards the shop. Swinging his cane on his arm, and his hat on his head a certain way. He smirked and his long coat trailed behind him. His Grey vest showed while his Gold pocket watch shimmered in the sun. Then arriving at the store he knocked with the Eagle head of his cane, and waited for the shop owner.

Ears quickly snapping up, Alex heard the knock and stopped his playing.

"Finally!" He thought to himself.

Walking to the door, Alex was soon face to face with a very professional looking fox. Taken back a bit by his appearence, Alex took a moment to respond.

When he finally did, he said, "Hello--*cough* Hello and welcome to The World of Music: Music Store! I am Alexander Sinclair, owner of this fine shop! How may I help you Mr...?"

Smirking at the Panther's reaction Dorian stepped in.

"Longstreet, but it is just as appropriate to call me Dorian please...... Tell me what type of Violins do you sell. The highest quality I would assume correct."

Cane under arm, Dorian's posture was straight and tall. Taking off his hat, he smiled, and looked around the shop. His eyes inspecting everything they saw.

Watching Dorian walk in, Alex could not help but be impressed by the fox's professional attitude.

"Yes sir, Dorian, I have some of the finest violins in the world here at my shop, made by Stradivari himself!"

He walks over to the violin shelf, takes the finest looking one, and hands it to Dorian.

Dorian quickly and sharply turned to look at Alex.

"Stradivari.... Very nice."

Then picking up the Violin, he inspected it and looked at it with interest. Pulling at the strings and listening to the tune they played.

"Perfect, the strings are nice and tuned.... What is the frame made of... maple."

"Ah, I see your into violins" Said Alex, impressed by the fox's skill.

"Yes, made from the finest maple and strung with the finest horsehair" he told him. "Although the horse wasn't too happy about it..." Alex added, rubbing a sore spot on his rear.

"Oh!" said Alex, brushing himself off` "My name is Alexander Sinclair". He said, offering his hand to the fox.

Shaking it, Dorian fixed his moustache and smiled.

"I shall take it, what is the price."

After taking the violin back and taking a quick pause, Alex racked his photographic memory.

Quickly, he said "Well, a violin of THAT stature would normally cost you 1000 florins".

"But seeing as how you are a man of such taste, I'll cut you a deal. 700 Florins for it." He said this and began to walk behind the store counter.

"Please, I will pay the full price. A Violin of such quality deserves to be paid for at full price... and for such wonderful service from the owner of the shop. I'll throw in a extra 200 florins."

Dorian said pulling out his wallet.

Gasping at his generosity (Spell Fail?) Alex quickly refused saying, "Oh no! Please, your too kind my friend. If anything you may pay the full price, but no more"

He said this while still amazed at Dorian's attitude.

Alex grabbed the bag of coins and set them down elsewhere.
"Can I play...?" he repeated, glancing over at his guitar.

"Well, I like to think so...why do you ask?"

Walking from behind the counter, Alex began, "Well, since you asked, I am a world renown traveling guitarist, but in my free time, I do enjoy a bit of piano"

He said this while walking over to one of the stores pianos and playing a few keys.

Smiling, Alex began to play adagio in G minor by Albinoni. It was one of his favorite songs, and he had practiced it often.

When he finished, he closed the piano. Turning to Dorain, he said, "How was that? Learned it during one of my travels in Europe."

Dorian smiled, and in his jet black coat bowed. Had he had a jar for money Dorian would have put in all the money he had.

Laughing a bit, Alex said, "Oh no, those days are behind me for now. As it is, I just decided to settle in a peaceful town like Bon Bon and spread my music locally. And of course theres the shop."

He began to walk back behind the counter.

Dorian chuckled to himself.
