a 10k...damn metric system..I don't know how far that is...regardless I couldn't do it...I weight 285 lb. and sit at my computer all day playing my 360 so I'm not exactly what you would call a runner :)

But enjoy yourself

But enjoy yourself I think it'd amount to somewhere around the 15mile mark. But I'm not 100% sure.

The run is in DC this sunday. Including myself, my father, sister and brother-in-law will also be running. Oh and 10k mean's 6.2 miles. Me and my father are going to try and run it in 90 minutes.

>_> Ugh. I don't like going into DC. Too crowded. Anywho, good luck on your run Aaron. I hope you and your father make it in an hour and a half.

Well I'm back and let me say that the 10K run was fun. I'm going to do that one again next year.

More power to you. I remember being grateful to just get my mile and a half done in under 12 minutes. I suppose had I never stopped swimming, I'd have kept better endurance, but that's the way things go. Did they at least give out t-shirts?

You could've told me that sooner! XD Would've given me a reason to take the train up to DC and find you!.. I'm currently in Baltmore, MD for school.
