Slow Play (OOC)

RP RULES:
1. There will be a posting order This means that you have to wait for the person before you to post before you can.
2. 48 hour posting limit This means that you have 2 days to post when it is your turn, after 2 days your turn is forfeit.
3. Once the RP starts, it will be open, BUT you must ask to join in the OOC so that you can be added to the posting order.
4. Violence and vulgarity are to be kept to a minimum No wide-scale bar brawls, gun fights, fist fights, etc. Cursing if you stub your toe is a bit natural, using an explicitive every other word is just childish.
5. Questions or Out of Character/Game comments are to be kept in the OOC, not in the RP

I would like to try and find my way back into the RPs, but it is rather difficult to keep up, or at least keep a topic consistently towards the top of the page.

The title above is really more along the lines of my intentions rather than an actual RP title. Slow Play means taking time for others to respond, and it is never fun to just start an RP, try and get a story going, and then have half a page or more of 2-person interactions. The longer an RP goes with only 2, the less likely I think others are to join.

As is more of my usual custom with RPs, I think I'd prefer to have a beginning pool of people who might be interested. I know I haven't offerred anything story-wise, but I think a few people might enjoy a slower-paced RP. I can work out the story later.

Funny, same day as posted and at the tme that I am writing this the topic is about middle of page 1. Obviously this post will have bumped it back up to the top, but it is a little discouraging when it comes to the idea of where the slower-paced RP would end up. Then again, who needs front page all the time to have fun.

I'm likely going to have the first post set in the evening at the Delight Castle's bar, when things get started. I'd like to get at least 5 before the first post, and I'll append the rules to the first post in this thread as well.

I kind of figured there might be a few kinks this early on, so I'm not too upset. At the very least, I should hope this draws some attention to both the rules and posting order. As for dragonfly, get better cause we needs ya!

Well, looks like 3 hours before Katmir's turn is forfeit, unless anyone belives it should be extended. Personally I prefer to avoid skipping anyone's turn when it comes to first posts.
