| I think I'm finally getting back into a good routine. Yesterday marked the end (hopefully) of my non-stop Tursdays, which entailed leaving the house by 8AM and getting back right around 10PM with one thing after another. Thursdays will still likely be a day which no one should expect to see me. Aside from that, I think I should be able to make a decent effort at making a daily visit. |

PBB can easily turn you into a boomerang, no matter how far you go, you still end up coming back.
Though to be honest, I never liked being away for extended periods of time. Life has a way of making a terrible mess of things, doesn't it? |

Returning to activity seems a bit harder than I had planned. I'm wondering what it is of the following 2 issues:
1.) A general lack of thought-provoking discussion posts, over something related to species, or an obscure preference detail about our fursona(s)
2.) An over-abundance of RP-related topics
Perhaps this stems from more of what Symphony had said in the First Friend thread, but it does seem to me as though this forum is becoming more and more of an RP board. I don't mind RPs, I don't mind divulging in RPs, but if there's almost a whole page worth of RP threads with new posts on a daily basis, that is too much for my tastes.
Do I expect anyone to RP less because of me? No, people will do as people do. I just note that from the time I first appeared on the board to now, there seems to have been a steady increase in RPs and a pretty steady decline in all the other boards. I even remember when there were only 3 boards: PBB Discussion, General Discussion, and the adult jokes/stories. |

Welcome Back Shadow I've been out for 3 weeks due to buisness levels at work so in a way I'm kinda like you seeing a big change still though while RP is on the rise so to does it seem the hit n' missers (ones that drop by from time to time). Honestly though I just think that everyone still has something on the go with life in general and sooner or later we'll all be able to settle in on the boards for a spell just a matter of time :) .
(that is a guess on my part i always hope for the best ending anyway) :lol: |
