Female love in Bon Bon

There's something I've wanted to see in a very long time. The latest pinup by Vanessa of all the females from the first two issues, has made me think of it once again.

I've always enjoyed the panels showing scenes from around the town. Scenes with multiple characters in the background, doing all sorts of things. In many we've seen couples(or working girls and their clients), enjoying each others company. We've never really seen any female couples doing that, though, and that's what I'd really like to see.

I'm not talking about sex scenes, though they can be included just as well. What I'm really talking about are simple things like one female holding or caressing another. A female couple cuddling or kissing or otherwise being intimate, and hinting at something more between them, without it actually being a sex scene. Just a quick glimpse and nothign more. Things like that, in public in Bon Bon.

I'm not sure how such things would be viewed in Bon Bon. With so many offering their services to the many men who will happily pay them, it might seem out of place, but on the other hand, it's Bon Bon where something like it should seem perfectly acceptable.

What does everyone else think of this?

It would'nt be surprising if most, or not all the guys would be behind that idea. I suppose it would be the same for women when it comes to guy friends.

Men get enjoyment from watching women engage in intimate/sexual activity regardless of what;
however watching TWO or MORE women engage in intimate/sexual activity is a bigger turn on because there is no competition from another male, the sight of a female wanting contact, the possibility of being invited, and the harem (or herd) tendency of males (of nearly all male mammals)

Look at how prevalent strip clubs and magazines with nude women are.

(and ladies, most men really do want to have quality contact with you, not a one night stand, and admire women like art).

Strictly speaking, the Tanakh and New Testament do not clearly prohibit woman-woman encounters. Out of 1000 pages of bible writings, there is only 1 sentence that seems to mention it but is debatable (Romans 1). Leviticus 18 and 20 specifically bans male-male sex relations.

(in fact out of 1000 pages, all the sex rules total about 1 page, thats 0.1% of the entire Bible. I would ventures the lack of rules are for each community to decide on.)

I'd like to see some action other than M-F. Sure it can be sensual and have a multitude of characters and all, but it's nice to see a change in the regular line-up.

I have been wanting to see Jess or other females in the comics for a long time.Yeah there was the scene between Betty and Violet,but that was way back in the beginning,and nothing since then.I also what happened to Jess at the ball,she was kind of shuffled off and then just vanished.

Hmmm...I wouldn't mind seeing Scarlet have a bit of a ...sweet treat...if were going to be suggesting female/female scenes...yeah..I'll have to wait three weeks to see it...but damn...that would be worth it just to see some sexy nomming

I think that if someone wants to see their avatar(female, in this case) in an actual sex scene in the comic, one only has to ask Vanessa, and she might be able to find a suitable spot in the comic for it. So toonaxe, you should just ask Vanessa, I think, if you'd like to see Jessica in such a scene. :)
Some have bisexual avatars, and are really free to pick from the male as well as the female cast for their appearance in a sex scene.



My first thoughts for this weren't about sex scenes, though. They were more about intimacy and some sexual innuendo, with the possibility of some amusing elements as well. There are several scenes in the comic where many characters are seen in the background. Like a street in Bon Bon or the grand ball. I just thought that a female couple showing some intimacy, hinting at affection or desire, could be nice to see in such background scenes once in a while.

It could be done as sex scenes as well, but I'm mostly thinking of those scenes were some random couple is seen having sex in the background for a panel or two.

I think it would be nice to see some intimacy and friendships that don't involve paying customers. It doesn't even need to be sexual in nature. It just adds a little ... "Life" ... to the comics. There's nothing wrong with having friends ... M-M, F-F, or M-F

but it doesn't have to be a sex scene. I know a few years ago I wanted a lesbien sexscene between toonaxe and symphony.

but you 2 can also have something like; dinner, one give another a flower, telling eachother a poem, dancing.

but it is all to vanessa and you 2, toonaxe symphony have to contact her about this.

1 little minor for me is that the world is still to macho that the male get all the fun and the woman has none or less fun.

If and when is all up to Vanessa. I think that for an actual sex scene, a member with a female avatar can just ask for a cameo in a sex scene with another female character. Just like many with male avatars have done.

As for non-sexual intimacy, my thoughts have been to just see it once in a while in the background of various scenes. Like an outdoor scene in the streets of Bon Bon for example.

Remember that this comic happen in 1895. The europa during Victorian era was a little hard on sex with same gender partner. Bon Bon is a lot more liberated but I have the feeling that we haven't see that yet in the comic because this couples are more discreet. I wouldn't mind see two females together or even two males together in the comic but this is the choice of Vanessa.
